In the past few years, we have been associated with the following projects: Eli Lilly Corporate Center as well as work in their Clinton and Greenfield offices, Indiana University Recreational Facilities at Bloomington, St. Vincent Hospital expansion of the 86th Street Campus, Red Gold Distribution Project, Pfizer Expansion in Terre Haute and the addition to the Convention Center in Indianapolis. Our involvement as a surveyors and engineers for these projects and other projects includes the following: boundary surveys, topographic surveys, platting, easement descriptions, re-zoning property, floodway analysis, pre aration of design development drawings in coordination with the design team, preparation of construction documents such as demolition plans, site layout, grading, storm and sanitary sewer design, site details related to the projects, and field observation during construction.
BEA’s major focus is to provide the clients with the Surveying or Civil Engineering plans to meet their needs.

Technology
Badger Engineering & Associates, Inc. uses the latest technology in Surveying, Design and Modeling. We have the latest in Global Positioning Satellites GPS and Total Stations. The use of innovative technology and a fundamental understanding of the surveying, permitting and construction process have helped us to produce low cost designs for our clients.
Badger Engineering has been involved in the practice of Civil Engineering since 1986. We have experience in design consulting with the State of Indiana and City of Indianapolis, site design and development, storm drainage design and storm water retention, sanitary sewer design, sanitary lift station design, sanitary septic field design, roadway design, roadway lighting, caisson foundation design, location design study reports, right-of-way plans, land acquisition, surveying, and computer aided design and development.

Mr. Badger has owned his own firm, Badger Engineering, and has managed departments for Fink Roberts and Petrie (FRP), Cooler Schubert & Olds (CSO), and Congdon Engineering. He also was the Residential Project Manager at The Schneider Corporation (TSC), in Lafayette.
As owner and manager of these departments, he has been in charge of marketing new and existing clients, preparing budgets, preparing proposals, project invoicing and debt collections, and the management of multi-person project teams.
